If you are interested in renting the house, there are several steps in the process.

Having this information done ahead of time will speed up the process if you are interested in renting from us.

1. Complete the rental application form. Email or mail it back to us.

2. NOTE: This step only done as final step before receiving lease. We will send you a link to for the background and credit checks. You will approve it electronically so we can run the checks. There is a fee to run the background and credit checks. You can enter your credit card information when you approve the request.

3. Once everything checks out on the background, credit checks and references, the next step is to complete the rental contract/lease and return with security deposit.
