Home is shown by appointment only! To schedule a time to see the home, please call 817.581.0719 or email cheryl@clymangroup.com. We ask that you fill out the rental application prior to appointment.

Rental Application

All potential tenants must complete a screening application.  All information must be completed on the form. Based on the report, additional information may be needed.

Credit check and background checks will be run prior to final approval and signing a lease. References will also be checked. There will be a charge for this.

Rental Lease

If the screening application is approved and you want to lease the home, you must complete a residential lease form. The lease must be returned with security deposit paid in full. The lease isn’t valid until the security deposit has been paid and check has cleared.

First Month’s Rent

Prior to moving in your first month’s rent is due and any other fees (pet deposit, etc.). Funds must clear the bank prior to move in.

Pets

We allow certain pets under certain circumstances. Pet must be approved in advance, pet addendum must be completed and pet deposit and fee is paid.

The pet deposit and fee is broken into two parts and is per pet. The pet deposit is a refundable deposit  if there is no damage. The other pet fee is non refundable and is for sanitizing upon move out.

Absolutely NO cats are allowed.
